Record system audio
System audio is the sound from your computer such as mouse click sounds, audio playing from your speakers, etc. To record system audio, you must install the latest version of Soundflower. Soundflower is an audio device that allows audio pass between applications.
Record system audio
Open Camtasia.
Click to enable the System Audio button. If you have not previously installed SoundFlower, Camtasia prompts you to install the device.
You can only lower the volume of the system audio while recording. Make sure to adjust the volume level prior to recording.
Click the red button or press Command-Shift-2 to start recording.
