Change a clip's or shape's color
Add color (Colorize filter) to a clip, image, or shape. Filters are effects that apply to the entire duration of a clip.
To change the color and adjust the properties:
Click the Video Effects tab.
Drag the Colorize filter onto a clip, image, or shape on the timeline or canvas.
Click the Properties button

Click the color picker to set the color. Drag the Amount slider to adjust the amount of color.
