Fade in or fade out audio
Apply a Fade in/Out transition to the beginning or end of an audio clip to gradually increase or decrease the volume.
Fade in or fade out audio:
Click to select an audio track on the timeline.
Click the Audio Effects tab.
Drag the Audio Fade In/Out effect onto the beginning (to fade the audio in) or end (to fade the audio out) of an audio clip.
Drag the inside end of the transition to increase or decrease the duration of the fade.
