About the Video Effects view
Each view displays the effects available for application or editing. Click the Video Effects 
tab to access the view. Drag video effects from the pane onto camera recordings, video clips, text, or shapes on the timeline. When you change views, the video effects shrink on the timeline.
Sort effects
Click a filter button within the Video Effects pane to display all effects or one type of effect. For example, click the Actions filter button to view actions only. Click the All button to view all available effects.
