Save current frame as an image
Save the current frame on the canvas as an image file (.png). Import the image file to include in the video or to extend the frame.
Save current frame as an image:
Position the playhead on the timeline to the desired frame.
Select File > Save Frame As.
Enter a file name and location. Click Save.
