About the properties
The
properties pane allows you to adjust the settings for a selection on the timeline. To open the Properties pane, click the Properties button 
or select View > Show Properties.
By default, when you adjust a property, the property changes to the specific value for all selected items on the timeline. For example, if you increase the Scale value from 60% to 70%, the Scale value for all selected media changes to 70%.
Click 
to change all selected items on the timeline by the increment changed in the Properties pane. For example, if you increase the Scale value from 60% to 70%, the Scale value for all media will increase by 10%.
Click the delete button to remove an effect from the selected media on the timeline. The Reset button maintains the original state of the clip or effect.
