About the Media Bin
The Media Bin stores all Camtasia recordings, video clips, audio clips, and images imported into a project. To add media to the Media Bin, click the New Recording or Import Media buttons. To include media in the video, drag a recording, video clip, audio clip, or image onto the desired location on the timeline. Clips in the Media Bin are not affected by any editing completed on the timeline.
Drag your cursor over a clip in the Media Bin to scrub through (preview) its contents.
Control-click on a clip or image in the Media Bin to select options such as Reveal in Finder, Add Media to Timeline at Playhead, or Delete Media from the Media Bin.
