Change a clip's or shape's color
Camtasia allows you to add color (colorize filter) and adjust the color properties (color adjustment filter) on a clip, image, or shape. The Colorize and Color adjustment filters apply to the entire clip.
To change the color and adjust the properties:
Click the Video Effects tab.
Drag the Colorize filter onto a clip, image, or shape on the timeline or canvas.
Click the Properties button

Click the color picker to set the color.
