The game runs too slow

This game requires a 3D video card that supports OpenGL™. If the game is running slowly, the problem may be an old or non-compatible video card. If you can't upgrade your card, try running the game at a resolution of 800x600 or lower.

I can't hear any sound or music

It sounds obvious, but please check to be sure your speakers are plugged in, powered, and turned on, with the volume up. Can you hear sound from other games? If you are experiencing problems, please email us with the make and model number of your sound card. Email techsupportpenguin@webfootgames.com and make sure you include the product title, version of OS X that you are running, and a detailed description of the problem. Please include the model numbers of your video and sound card.

I see strange graphical glitches

Try updating your video card drivers to the latest version.

Help, the game does not run on my system

With all the infinite number of hardware configurations on computers, it's possible your particular configuration does not work with this game. For future games, we recommend you try our free lite versions of our games on your system to ensure the software will work before you purchase it. If you have more than one computer, try running it on another computer. You have a 7 day period from the date of purchase to receive a full refund.

How do I uninstall the game?

Drag the game out of your Applications directory and into the trash. That's all there is to it!

How do I exit the game without shutting down the entire computer?

There are several ways to exit the game. Hit 'Esc' to bring up the menu. Use the arrow keys to select 'Quit' and hit the 'Enter' key. For a fast exit, hit Command+Q simultaneously.

How to send us a support question

Please email techsupportpenguin@webfootgames.com and send the following information:

  • Complete name of product
  • Version of OS X
  • Approximate date of purchase (so we can check for bug fixes)
  • The make and model number of your computer
  • A detailed description of the problem you're experiencing
