These settings govern the behavior of the CrossOver Software Installer.
Hide service packs and dependencies. By default the CrossOver Software Installer will only offer to install software that actually does something, and conceals the existence of many subcomponents and resources. If you are tinkering with an unsupported application and want to tinker with these components yourself, uncheck this option.
Default value: on
Hide software known to be incompatible with the current bottle. When a particular bottle is active (generally because it is selected in the Bottle Manager), CrossOver can remove packages that are inappropriate for that bottle from the Software Package List. Turn this option on to remove such packages from the list.
Default value: off
Reveal new icons whenever they are created. Whenever CrossOver adds a new entry to the Programs Folder it opens up the folder in the Finder so that you can see the new entries. Turn this setting off to disable the auto-opening of the Programs Folder.
